ISO 8794:2020《钢丝绳索具插编索扣》新标准解析

摘要 由我国主导修订的国际标准ISO 8794:2020获得了发布。对新旧标准中钢丝绳要求、破断拉力试验、疲劳试验等内容进行了比较说明,结合实际应用特点对新标准破断拉力试验中样品尺寸、加载速度要求进行了论述,通过试验数据分析对疲劳试验关键参数的修订原因进行了解析,介绍新增加的插编方法,凸显了新标准的适用性和可靠性,以便相关企业尽快理解、掌握国际标准动态和发展趋势,提高我国钢丝绳插编索具产品质量和插编技术水平,对促进钢丝绳索具行业贸易具有积极作用。 The revised international standard ISO 8794:2020 led by China has been released.The requirements of steel wire rope,breaking force test and fatigue test in new and old standards are compared and explained.Combined with characteristics of practical application,the requirements of sample size and loading speed in breaking force test in new standard are discussed.The reasons for revising the key parameters of fatigue test are analyzed through analysis of test data.Introduces new splicing method,highlights applicability and reliability of new standard,so that relevant enterprises can understand and master dynamics and development trend of international standards as soon as possible,improve product quality and splicing technology level of wire rope inserted rigging in China,and play a positive role in promoting trade of wire rope rigging industry.
