摘要 森林城市建设潜力评价是衡量森林城市建设能力和发展定位的重要手段,因此结合国家森林城市评价指标和云南省城市森林特点,从城市森林网络、城市森林健康、城市生态文化和城市经济基础4个方面构建云南省森林城市建设潜力评价指标体系,并在此基础上,运用熵权法和云模型对云南省16个地级市和18个县级市的森林城市建设潜力进行了合理评价。结果显示,云南省各地区森林城市建设潜力差别明显,滇南和滇中地区较高,滇东北最弱;西双版纳傣族自治州、昆明市、玉溪市等5个地级市和安宁市、腾冲市、景洪市3个县级市森林城市建设潜力较高;各城市应重点加强城区绿化建设,振兴林产经济,弘扬具有民族和地域特色的森林生态文化,打造特色鲜明的森林城市。 The evaluation of forest city construction potential is an important means to measure the construction capacity and development orientation of forest city.Combined with the national forest city evaluation index and the characteristics of urban forest in Yunnan Province,the evaluation index system of forest city construction potential in Yunnan Province was constructed from four aspects:urban forest network,urban forest health,urban ecological culture and urban economic foundation.On this basis,the potential of forest city construction in 16 cities and 18 county-level cities in Yunnan Province were evaluated by entropy weight method and cloud model.The results showed that there were obvious differences in the construction potential of forest cities among different regions of Yunnan Province,with the highest in southern and central Yunnan,and the weakest in northeast Yunnan.The construction potential of forest cities in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,Kunming City,Yuxi City and other 5 prefecture-level cities,and Anning county,Tengchong county and Jinghong county were higher.Each city should focus on strengthening urban greening construction to boost forest production economy,carry forward the forest ecological culture with national and regional characteristics,and create the distinctive forest city.
