摘要
为了研究反射角对消声器传递损失的影响规律,针对某型号抗性消声器进行分析。首先理论分析了消声器的工作原理,得出消声器传递损失的数学模型;然后基于有限元法对消声器的传递损失进行仿真分析,建立了反射角分别为60°,75°,90°,105°及120°消声器的有限元模型;最后将得出的传递损失曲线进行比较。结果表明:消声器的中心频率与反射角成反比,且反射角越大,有效消声频率越小;反射角大小对消声器的消声量影响很小,可以忽略不计。为新型消声器的设计提供了思路。
In order to study the influence law of reflection Angle on the transfer loss of muffler,this paper analyzes a type of resistant muffler.Firstly,the working principle of the muffler is analyzed theoretically,and the mathematic model of the transfer loss of the muffler is obtained.Then based on the finite element method,the transfer loss of the muffler is simulated and analyzed,and the finite element models of the muffler with reflection angles of 60°,75°,90°,105°and 120°are established.Finally,the obtained transfer loss curves are compared.The results show that the center frequency of the muffler is inversely proportional to the reflection Angle,and the larger the reflection Angle is,the smaller the effective silence frequency is.Reflection Angle has little effect on muffler muffler,which can be ignored.The idea for the design of new muffler is provided.
