摘要 现阶段我国非煤智能矿山建设处于初级阶段,各系统协同性弱,信息孤岛问题严重。为逐步实现井下少人无人化、地表全流程自动化、安全生产管控一体化,某铁矿借鉴多家矿山经验,按照“数据引领、集中管控、智能产线、本质安全、远程共享”的理念,结合矿山建设实际,提出一套智能矿山基础建设及关键技术解决方案。实践表明,智能化生产系统显著提高了矿山安全生产管控水平以及工作效率。研究成果可为其他智能矿山建设提供借鉴。 At present,the construction of non-coal intelligent mines in China is in the primary stage,the coordination of various systems is weak,and the problem of information islands is serious.In order to gradually realize the unmanned underground,the whole process automation of the surface and the integra⁃tion of safety production management and control in an iron mine,based on the experience of many mines,according to the concept of“data leading,centralized management and control,intelligent production line,intrinsically safe and remote sharing”,combined with the actual mine construction,a set of intelligent mine infrastructure and key technical solutions are proposed.Practice shows that the intelligent production sys⁃tem significantly improves the level of mine safety production control and work efficiency.The research re⁃sults can provide reference for other intelligent mine construction.
