摘要
"一带一路"倡议实施以来,"共建方"在资金融通合作领域加强了建章立制、构筑"四梁八柱"等建设,取得了重要成果。在"一带一路"倡议引领下,中拉资金融通合作整合了既有机制、丰富了融资渠道,互联互通水平持续提升。从融资规则制定、合作机制创新、金融机构能力建设等方面拓展了合作的维度和空间。但是,中拉资金融通合作在受到全球和地区形势影响的同时,金融合作水平、金融合作本土化程度、投资行业集中度等尚需努力,亟需构建一个高质量、可持续的融资合作模式,为中拉共建"一带一路"高质量发展输送健康、充足的金融"血液"。
Since the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),important progress has been made through the establishment of rules and regulations and the construction of the multiple pillars of financial integration.Under the guidance of the BRI,China-Latin America financial integration has not only integrated existing mechanisms,enriched financing channels,and continued to improve the level of interconnection,but also expanded the dimensions of cooperation from the formulation of financing rules,innovation of coop-eration mechanisms,but also capacity building of financial institutions.However,while China-Latin America financial cooperation is affected by the global and regional situation,there is still room for efforts such as the level of financial cooperation,the degree of loca-lization of financial cooperation,and the concentration of the investment industry.It is urgent to build a high-quality and sustainable financing integration model.To provide healthy and sufficient financial"blood"for the high-quality development of the BRI jointly built by the two sides.
