摘要
以地铁车站盖挖联合管幕技术为背景,对其施工关键环节管幕下方顶板暗筑施工进行分析研究。提出平顶板横向导洞施工、拱形顶板横纵向导洞施工、平顶板横纵向导洞施工3种施工方案,并从施工安全风险、工期、质量和工程造价的角度进行对比分析,最终认为方案1的施工工序简单、安全风险较低、工期短、施工质量最佳且工程费用最低。因此,宜选用平顶板横向导洞施工方案作为顶板暗筑施工的最优方案。
Based on the cover-cut combined pipe curtain construction technology of subway station, the key link of its construction-the concealed roof construction based on the pipe curtain is studied. Three construction schemes are mainly proposed: horizontal pilot tunnel construction scheme of roof, horizontal and vertical pilot tunnel construction scheme of roof, and horizontal and vertical pilot tunnel construction scheme of roof. The three schemes are compared from the perspective of construction safety risk, construction period, quality and project cost. Finally, it is considered that scheme 1 has simple construction process, low safety risk, short construction period, the best construction quality and saves project cost. Therefore, the construction scheme of horizontal pilot tunnel with roof should be selected as the best scheme for concealed roof construction.
