摘要
公路建设项目后评价应进行交通安全评价,交通安全评价需关注营运阶段交通事故分析.本文基于广州市西二环高速公路营运阶段安全性评价工作,探讨了全线事故分布情况,分析了高速公路营运期交通事故的特征断面车速,同时找到安全风险较高路段事故发生的主要原因,最后对安全风险较高路段进行详细分析并提出针对性的合理工程措施以提升路段安全性.
Traffic safety evaluation should be carried out in the post evaluation of highway construction projects,and traffic safety evaluation should pay attention to the analysis of traffic accidents during the operation stage.Based on the safety evaluation of Guangzhou West Second Ring Expressway,this paper discusses the distribution of accidents over the entire expressway,analyzes the characteristics of the time mean speed during the operation stage,and identifies the main cause of accidents in the expressway segments with high safety risk.Finally,this paper carries out a detailed analysis of the segments with high safety risk and proposes reasonable engineering measures to improve the safety of the expressway.
