摘要
贾英杰教授认为,前列腺癌的病机关键在于“正气内虚、毒瘀并存”,治疗前列腺癌当“黜浊培本”,临证应把握以下四点:第一,始终扶正,时时攻邪;第二,抓住病机,明辨节点;第三,重视脾胃,治取中州;第四,全程管理,贯穿始终。贾英杰教授以“黜浊培本”为治疗大法,对前列腺癌辨证施治,临床疗效显著。本文总结了贾英杰教授运用“黜浊培本”理论治疗前列腺癌的相关经验,为中医药治疗前列腺癌提供新思路。
Professor JIA Yingjie believes that the key to the pathogenesis of prostate cancer lies in the“Deficiency of vital qi,toxin and blood stasis coexist”.In the treatment of prostate cancer,we should mainly grasp the following four points:first,always strengthen the body resistance,attack pathogen from time to time;second,grasp the pathogenesis and distinguish the inflection point;third,pay attention to the spleen and stomach;Fourth,management throughout the whole process.Professor JIA Yingjie’s treatment of prostate cancer based on differentiation of symptoms and signs has a significant clinical effect.This paper summarizes Professor JIA Yingjie’s relevant experience in the treatment of prostate cancer by using the theory of“Chuzhuo Peiben”,which provides a new idea for the treatment of prostate cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
