我国文博文创工作“十三五”总结及“十四五”建议——基于全国71家文博单位的调研 被引量:11

摘要 “十三五”时期是我国文博文创工作快速发展、质效高速提升的重要历史阶段。对全国71家文博单位相关工作的调研显示,这一时期,文博文创在发展规模、馆企联动、品牌转型升级、“互联网+”、政策完善等方面均取得了显著成绩。但同时也存在一些不足,如红色文博文创发展力度有待加强、整体发展水平在产品类型和地域上双重不均、授权机制混乱造成文化溢价失范,这既有文博文创工作自身局限,也有客观外在原因。“十四五”期间,可通过国家财政政策支持和授权机制创新两条路径,促进文博文创工作稳定有序向前发展。 The“13th Five-Year Plan”period witnessed the rapid development and quality improve⁃ment of China’s museum creative industry.This research is based on a survey of 71 museums across the country.During this period,the museum creative industry has achieved great results in scale,museumenterprise cooperation,brand transformation and upgrading,leveraging“Internet+”and policy support.Challenges,however,are also seen.For example,the revolution related products are insufficiently deve⁃loped,the overall development level is uneven in terms of product type and geography,and the disordered li⁃censing mechanism caused cultural premium.During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the museum cr⁃eative industry may rely on national financial policy support and IP authorization to gain a stable and orderly development.
