摘要
我国消化系统疾病负担沉重,特别是消化道肿瘤呈严峻高发态势。县域医院在消化系统疾病诊治和消化道癌防治中发挥着承上启下的重要作用。为推动县域医院消化专科同质化、标准化建设,提升消化系统疾病和消化内镜诊疗能力,助力县域医疗卫生健康事业高质量发展,特组织领域专家制定本指南。本指南主要包括县域医院消化专科医疗服务能力、人员配置、门诊和病房建设、消化内镜中心建设、质量管理等内容,为县域医院消化专科规范化建设、运行和管理提供指导和依据。
The burden of digestive diseases is heavy in China,especially for gastrointestinal cancer.County hospitals play a connecting role in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system diseases and the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.In order to promote the homogeneous and standardized construction of gastroenterology department,improve the diagnostic and therapeutic ability of digestive diseases and digestive endoscopy,and assist the high-quality development of county hospitals,experts were invited in this field to formulate this guideline.This guideline mainly includes the criteria of medical service ability,personnel allocation,outpatient and ward construction,digestive endoscopy center construction,and quality management,providing guidance and basis for the standardized construction,operation and management of department of gastroenterology in county hospitals.
