摘要
目的分析攀枝花市2006—2020年报告的恙虫病流行特点,为精准防控提供指导。方法根据中国疾病预防控制信息系统中恙虫病统计数据,用描述性流行病学方法分析。结果攀枝花市2006—2020年共报告恙虫病2231例,平均报告发病率为12.57/10万,无死亡病例报告。报告发病有逐年增多趋势。发病年龄主要集中在5岁以下和40~54岁,分别占报告病例总数的10.89%和29.06%;人群分布以农民为主,占68.67%;发病高峰在每年的7—10月,占93.28%;农村地区发病最高,占97.45%,其盐边县发病最多,占52.17%;病例类型以临床诊断病例为主,占75.42%。结论攀枝花市恙虫病发病具有明显的季节性、地区性和年龄特殊性,人群分布以农民为主。
Objective To learn the epidemic characteristics of tsutsugamushi reported in Panzhihua City from 2006 to 2020,and to provide guidance for accurate prevention and control.Methods The data of tsutsugamushi disease were collected from Chinese disease control and prevention information system,and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological method.Results In Panzhihua,2231 cases of tsutsugamushi disease were reported from 2006 to 2020 years,with an average incidence rate of 12.57/100000,and no death case was reported.The number of reported cases increased year by year.The age of onset was mainly under 5 years old and 40-54 years old,accounting for 10.89%and 29.06%of the total reported cases respectively;The cases mainly distributed in farmers,accounting for 68.67%;The peak of incidence was from July to October,accounting for 93.28%;The highest incidence was in rural areas,accounting for 97.45%.Yanbian County took a big portion accounting for 52.17%;Most cases were clinical diagnosed,accounting for 75.42%.Conclusion The incidence of tsutsugamushi disease in Panzhihua City displayed obvious seasonality,regionality and age specificity,and distributed mainly in farmers.
