摘要
目的探讨专档管理和药师干预对碳青霉烯类抗生素临床合理应用的效果。方法调取医院2017-2020年与碳青霉烯类抗生素相关的数据,从碳青霉烯类抗生素的使用情况[用药频数(DDDs)和使用强度(AUD)]、耐碳青霉烯类革兰阴性菌检出情况以及碳青霉烯类抗生素用药合理性3个方面进行分析。结果2017-2020年,医院碳青霉烯类抗生素的AUD从1.66DDDs·(100人)^(-1)·d^(-1)下降至0.90 DDDs·(100人)^(-1)·d^(-1)(P<0.05),临床应用合理率从59.00%上升至91.00%(P<0.05),耐碳青霉烯的常见革兰阴性菌的检出率变化不明显。结论专档管理和药师干预可促进碳青霉烯类抗生素的临床合理应用。
AIM To explore the effect of special management and pharmacists intervention on the rational use of carbapenem antibiotics.METHODS Data related to carbapenem antibiotics in hospital from 2017 to 2020 were collected to analyze the use of carbapenem antibiotics,including defined daily doses system(DDDs)and antibiotics use density(AUD),the detection of carbapenem resistant gram-negative bacteria and the rationality of the use of carbapenem antibiotics.RESULTS From 2017 to 2020,AUD of carbapenem antibiotics in hospital decreased from 1.66 DDDs·(100 people)^(-1)·d^(-1) to 0.90 DDDs·(100 people)^(-1)·d^(-1)(P<0.05).The rational rate of clinical application of carbapenem antibiotics increased from 59%to 91%(P<0.05).The change of detection rate of common carbapenem resistant gram-negative bacteria was not significant.CONCLUSION Special management and pharmacists intervention can promote the rational clinical application of carbapenem antibiotics.
