摘要
建筑消防设施的定期检查和维修非常重要,监督检查工作关系着消防设施的运行状态。日常工作中,必须要重视消防设施的检查和管理,对不同的消防设施和各类电线电缆进行检查,建立完善的消防设施监督检查制度和责任制度,才能保证所在建筑的消防安全。对消防设施进行管理和维护,要重点检查建筑中的火灾自动报警系统、自动喷水灭火系统、防排烟系统、消火栓系统和防火分隔系统等。
The regular inspection and maintenance of building fire-fighting facilities is very important.The supervision and inspection work is related to the operation state of fire-fighting facilities.In daily work,we must pay attention to the inspection and management of fire-fighting facilities,inspect different fire-fighting facilities and various wires and cables,and establish a perfect supervision and inspection system and responsibility system of fire-fighting facilities,so as to ensure the fire safety of the building.The management and maintenance of fire-fighting facilities shall focus on the inspection of automatic fire alarm system,automatic sprinkler system,smoke control system,fire hydrant system and fire separation system in the building.
