摘要
通过对陆地钻机平行四边形底座起升过程的研究分析,阐明中层各立柱相对位置以及顶层重心位置对起升的影响,以便于在类似结构设计过程中合理布置中层各立柱相对位置及起升点。利用SAFI有限元分析软件对底座起升进行力学分析,通过对比中层各立柱设计位置的不同而得出对底座能否顺利起升的影响,为钻机底座的设计提供可行的理论设计依据和参考。
By analyzing the process of the land rig rhomboid substructure’s erection, illustrates that the relative position of middle layer pole and the centroid of top layer have effect on the erection,so as to make convenient for arranging raising point and the position of the middle layer pole appropriately in similar substructure design. Simultaneously, make analysis of substructure erection process with the finite element software SAFI,discover whether substructure can raised successfully or not with various positions of the middle layer,provide reference and theory criteria in substructure’s design.
