含初始变形的薄板十字形焊接接头疲劳强度评估

摘要 相较于厚板而言,薄板焊接试件由于自身弯曲刚度较低,焊接热输入会使其产生焊接初始变形.初始变形的存在会使得焊接结构产生二次弯曲效应,在焊趾处产生较大的应力集中,严重影响薄板焊接试件的疲劳强度.考虑薄板焊接初始变形和几何非线性的影响,推导了焊接十字形试件焊趾处的应力放大系数公式,将公式结果与规范、非线性有限元结果进行对比,验证公式的准确性.并基于切口应力方法,将规范公式和修正公式分别运用到典型船用薄板焊接接头的疲劳评估中. Compared with thick plates,thin plate welded specimens have lower bending rigidity,and welding heat input will cause initial welding deformation.The existence of initial deformation will cause the secondary bending effect of the welded structure,resulting in greater stress concentration at the weld toe,which will seriously affect the fatigue strength of the welded thin plate specimens.Considering the influence of initial welding deformation and geometric nonlinearity of thin plate,the formula of stress amplification coefficient at welding toe of welded cross specimen was derived,and the accuracy of the formula was verified by comparing the results of the formula with those of the specification and nonlinear finite element method.Based on the notch stress method,the standard formula and the revised formula were applied to the fatigue evaluation of typical marine thin plate welded joints respectively.
