摘要
随着国家建筑工业的飞速发展,粉体加工业在当今国民经济建设中占据了越来越重要的地位。作为粉体加工的重要设备,雷蒙磨粉机因其工作效率高、经济效益好、节能等优点得到广泛应用。本文通过对雷蒙磨粉机发展现状的分析、基础功能的概述及优缺点的分析,对雷蒙磨粉机的磨粉系统相关零部件进行设计与计算。结果表明:雷蒙磨粉机最大给矿粒度主要取决于物料块与磨辊及磨环的接触点之间的夹角(即钳角)及磨辊直径;磨环与磨辊的选型选材与尺寸配合,对磨粉效率的提高、能耗的降低有着极重要的作用,通过增大或维持碾磨压力,可提高研磨能力,进而提高粉磨效率。
With the rapid development of the national construction industry,powder engineering plays an increasingly important role in the national economic construction.As an important equipment of powder engineering,Raymond Mill,due to its high efficien⁃cy,good economic benefits,energy saving and other advantages,has been widely used in powder processing industry.This thesis are mainly designing and calculating the relevant parts of grinding system of the Raymond mill’s mill system,through summarizing the development and the present situation of Raymond mill,analyzing the domestic and foreign Raymond mill,and its features and ad⁃vantages and disadvantages.The results show that the maximum feeding particle size of Raymond mill mainly depends on the included angle(i.e.clamp angle)between the material block and the contact points of grinding roller and grinding ring and the diameter of grinding roller;the grinding ring and grinding roller’s selection of the material,the improving of milling efficiency and the reduction of energy consumption plays an extremely important role.By increasing or maintaining the grinding pressure,the grinding capacity can be improved,and then the grinding efficiency can be improved.
