摘要
目的观察"内关"穴浅深层次及相应层次上电针不同频率对抗家兔心律失常的影响。方法将家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、浅深层组(分别为2、20、100 Hz),共8组,每组6只。采用耳缘静脉快速推注4 mg/kg氯化钡建立心律失常模型。治疗组在造模成功后,用1寸绝缘针于家兔"内关"穴处进针,浅层进针3 mm,深层进针5~8 mm,连接电针仪,频率分别为2、20、100 Hz,连续波,各20 min;BL420-N连续监测Ⅱ导联心电图,记录各组心律失常持续时间并观察心肌结构变化以及Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶活性的改变。结果与空白组比较,模型组心律失常发生率为100%;与模型组比较,各治疗组除2 Hz浅层外心律失常持续时间均有缩短(P<0.05)。各组之间,20 Hz深层组<2 Hz深层组<100 Hz深层组<20 Hz浅层组<100 Hz浅层组<2 Hz浅层组。模型组镜下观察心肌纤维排列紊乱、闰盘增厚、可见大量空泡;各治疗组均有不同程度的改善。与空白组相比,模型组Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶值下降明显(P<0.05);除2 Hz和100 Hz浅层组外,各治疗组均有提高。结论内关穴浅深层次均有对抗心律失常的作用,但各层次上存在适宜的刺激频率;只有适宜的层次采用适宜的刺激频率才能发挥穴位的最佳效应,其中20 Hz深层针刺效应最佳。
Objective:To investigate the difference of stimulation effect of electroacupuncture at shallow and deep levels of Neiguan acupoint for rabbits with arrhythmia.Methods:Rabbits were randomly divided into a blank group,a model group,and a shallow-deep layer group(respectively 2,20,100 Hz),a total of 8 groups,each with 6 rabbits.The arrhythmia model was established by rapid injection of 4 mg/kg barium chloride through the ear vein.In the treatment group,after successful model establishment,a 1-inch insulated needle was used to insert a needle at the Neiguan acupoint of the rabbit.The shallow needle was inserted 3 mm,and the deep needle was inserted 5~8 mm.The electric acupuncture instrument was connected with the frequency of 2,20,100 Hz,continuous wave,20 min each;BL420-N continuously monitored theⅡlead electrocardiogram,recorded the duration of arrhythmia in each group,and observed the changes of myocardial structure and the changes of Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase activity.Results:Compared with the blank group,the incidence of arrhythmia in the model group was 100%;compared with the model group,the duration of arrhythmia in each treatment group was shortened except for the 2 Hz superficial layer(P<0.05).Among each group,the 20 Hz deep layer group<2 Hz deep group<100 Hz deep group<20 Hz shallow group<100 Hz shallow group<2 Hz shallow group.In the model group,the myocardial fiber arrangement was disordered,the intercalary disc thickened,and a large number of vacuoles were observed under the microscope;each treatment group had different degrees of improvement.Compared with the blank group,the Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATPase value of the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05);except for the 2 Hz and 100 Hz shallow groups,all treatment groups increased.Conclusion:Neiguan acupoint has the effect of antagonizing arrhythmia at the shallow and deep levels,but there are appropriate stimulation frequencies at all levels;only the appropriatestimulation frequency at the appropriate level can exert the best effect of the acupuncture points,of
