摘要
冰雪人才不仅是冬奥会筹办的重要组成,而且是后冬奥时期冰雪运动的支撑力量。通过分析冰雪人才现状发现,冰雪人才培养存在跨界跨项选材后续培养机制有待完善、志愿者服务行政化色彩明显的困境,冰雪人才引进存在专业人才引进力度有待提高,归化运动员融合困难等问题;结合冰雪竞技强国经验,从形成志愿者培训的"北京标准"等方面提出了人才培养对策,从更新传统观念和制度规范方面提出了人才引进建议。
Ice-snow athletic talents not only constitute an important part of the Winter Olympics Games,but also are the supporting force of winter sports in the post-Winter Olympics period.By analyzing the current situation of ice-snow athletic talents,this paper finds that there are problems with cultivation of ice-snow athletic talents such as imperfect cross-boundary and cross-item followup talents training mechanism,administerization of volunteer services,insufficient strength in attracting ice-snow athletic talents,and difficulty of naturalized athletes in fitting in environments.Combining the experience in implementing winter sports strategy,this paper puts forward talent cultivation strategies including the strategy of formulating the"Beijing Standards"for volunteer service,and proposes talent introduction suggestions including updating of traditional concepts and institutional norms.
