摘要
阐述了红柳煤矿即将开采的3号煤层受井下开采条件和地质因素影响,原煤中矸石多、易泥化、热值低,直接洗选可能会造成生产系统无法正常运行。为合理开采利用煤炭资源,红柳煤矿对3号煤层低质煤进行了煤质分析,研究配煤入洗方案。试验结果和生产实践表明,2号、3号煤层煤按照4∶1比例掺配洗选,提高了产品质量,保证了煤泥水系统的正常运行,减少了落地堆放成本和对环境造成的污染,并创造了可观的经济效益。
In order to reasonably exploit and utilize coal resources,Hongliu coal mine sampled and analyzed the low-quality coal in number 3 coal seam.The test results and production practice show that number 2,number 3 coal seams are mixed and washed according to the proportion of 4/1,which improves the product quality,ensures the normal operation of the slime water system,reduces the discharge and stacking cost and environmental pollution,and creates considerable economic benefits.
