摘要
为解决矿井沉淀池的清理一直采用人工挖掘,工人劳动强度大,作业环境极为恶劣,且存在极大地安全隐患等问题,以宁夏煤业有限公司梅花井矿沉淀池为工程背景,研发一种矿井沉淀池清理设备,可极大减轻作业者的劳动强度,改善作业环境,减少安全隐患,有效解决沉淀池中煤泥的清理,保证了矿井的正常生产。
In order to solve the mine sump cleaning has been using artificial digging,workers labor intensity,work environment is very bad,and some problems such as greatly potential safety hazard,in ningxia coal co.,LTD.,the plum blossom hole ore tank as the engineering background,developing a mine sump cleaning equipments,can greatly reduce the labor intensity of operators,improve the working environment,reduce the security hidden danger,Effectively solve the sludge in the sedimentation tank cleaning,to ensure the normal production of the mine.
