摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化急诊护理流程对门急诊患者护理质量的影响。方法:将2020年4-9月门急诊部收治的100例患者作为对照组,实施常规急诊护理模式;2020年10月-2021年3月门急诊部收治的100例患者作为研究组,实施医护一体化急诊护理流程。比较两组效果。结果:研究组护理质量及护理满意度各项评分均显著高于对照组,分诊时间、问诊时间、取药时间及总就诊时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化急诊护理流程在门急诊临床护理中应用效果良好。
Objective:To explore the impact of integrated emergency nursing process on the quality of outpatient and emergency nursing.Methods:From April to September 2020,100 patients were selected to department of outpatient and emergency and they were treated as the control group.Implement conventional emergency nursing mode.From October 2020 to March 2021,100 patients were selected to department of outpatient and emergency as the study group.Implement integrated emergency nursing process.The effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,and the triage time,consultation time,medicine taking time and total visit time were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated emergency nursing process has a good effect in the outpatient and emergency clinical nursing.
