摘要
患者,男,59岁。皮肤出现黑褐色丘疹伴瘙痒5年余。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,可见圆体及谷粒细胞,基底层上裂隙形成。诊断为偏侧分布的线状毛囊角化病。
A 59-year-old male presented with dark brown papules for more than five years.The histopathology revealed hyperkeratosis,corps ronds and grains,and suprabasal cleft.The diagnosis of linear Darier’s disease was made.
