摘要
目的探究多学科血管通路管理方法在高龄髋部骨折患者深静脉血栓(DVT)风险防范中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月九江市中医医院收治的200例高龄髋部骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组采用常规骨折手术护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施多学科血管通路管理方法,比较两组的DVT预防知识评分、静脉血栓发生情况[Human征(+)、Nenhof征(+)及DVT发生率]及住院时间。结果观察组的DVT预防知识及格率高于对照组,DVT发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多学科血管通路管理方法在高龄髋部骨折患者DVT风险防范中,可预测并评估风险,依据患者病情制定人性化预防护理措施,给患者提供优质的护理服务并帮助其快速恢复健康。
Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary vascular access management in the risk prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 200 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,100 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional fracture surgery nursing,while patients in the observation group were treated with multidisciplinary vascular access management on the basis of control group.The knowledge score on prevention of DVT of lower extremity,the occurrence of venous thrombosis including Human sign(+),Nenhof sign(+)and the incidence of DVT,and the hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The DVT prevention knowledge pass rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the occurrence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying multidisciplinary vascular access management method in the risk prevention of DVT in elderly patients with hip fracture can predict and evaluate the risks,formulate humanized preventive nursing measures based on the patient′s condition,provide high-quality nursing services to patients and help them recover quickly.
