摘要
以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)作为基体聚合物、木粉作为植物组分,制备HDPE基木塑复合材料,探讨了木粉用量及不同偶联剂对复合材料拉伸性能的影响;再通过添加芳纶布制备芳纶布增强HDPE基木塑复合材料,探讨了芳纶布添加量对复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:在其他条件一定时,HDPE基木塑复合材料的拉伸强度随木粉用量的增加有一定程度的降低;采用偶联剂处理木粉所得HDPE基木塑复合材料的拉伸强度均有所提高,以质量分数2%硅烷偶联剂处理木粉所得复合材料的拉伸强度提升49.45%;添加芳纶布可以提高HDPE基木塑复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸模量,当添加芳纶布质量分数为3%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和拉伸模量分别达54.52 MPa和2.24 GPa,与未添加芳纶布相比分别提高了165.28%,79.2%。
High-density polyethylene(HDPE)-based wood plastic composites were prepared with HDPE as matrix polymer and wood powder as plant component.The effects of wood powder content and different coupling agents on the tensile properties of the composites were discussed.Aramid fabric-reinforced HDPE-based wood plastic composites were prepared by adding aramid fabric.The effect of aramid fabric content on the tensile properties of the composites was discussed.The results showed that the tensile strength of HDPE-based wood-plastic composites was decreased in some extent with the increase of wood powder content under other fixed conditions;the tensile strength of HDPE-based wood-plastic composites containing wood powder treated with coupling agents was increased somehow,and the tensile strength of the obtained composites was increased by 49.45%when the wood powder was treated with 2%silane coupling agent by mass fraction;and the tensile strength and modulus of HDPE-based wood-plastic composites could be increased by adding aramid fabric,which reached 54.52 MPa and 2.24 GPa,respectively,with a growth of 165.28%and 79.2%as compared with those of the composites without adding aramid fabric,when the aramid fabric addition was 3%by mass fraction.
