摘要
为了实现塔里木裂腹鱼(Schizothorax biddulphi)的人工养殖和资源增殖,于2020年进行塔里木裂腹鱼人工繁殖试验,探索塔里木裂腹鱼繁殖时期、雌雄鉴别、人工催产和人工孵化等关键技术,结果显示,催产塔里木裂腹鱼亲鱼44组,获受精卵25.08万粒,获水花鱼苗14.9万尾,其中塔里木裂腹鱼人工催产药物最适浓度为鲤鱼脑垂体(PG) 13.47 mg/kg、马来酸地欧酮(DOM) 15.27mg/kg和促黄体素释放激素A_(2)(LRH-A_(2)) 19.28μg/kg;塔里木裂腹鱼的繁殖期在新疆南疆地区主要集中在4月下旬至6月上旬,塔里木裂腹鱼产微粘沉性卵,成熟卵卵径为(1.7±0.15) mm,吸水膨胀后达(2.8±0.16) mm;其胚胎发育过程经历胚盘、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成和出膜7个阶段;在水温19~19.2℃的条件下,受精卵发育经过93 h 36 min孵化,总积温为1 785.24℃·h;初孵仔鱼全长(7.19±0.15) mm,具心跳和血液循环;早期仔鱼发育分为卵黄囊期、弯曲前期、弯曲期和弯曲后期4个时期,出膜后7 d,卵黄囊完全吸收。通过对塔里木裂腹鱼进行人工繁殖试验,掌握催产塔里木裂腹鱼最适药物浓度,描述塔里木裂腹鱼的胚胎和早期仔鱼发育特征,以期进一步丰富塔里木裂腹鱼早期生活史资料,为其资源保护提供基础数据。
To realize artificial breeding and stock enhancement of Schizothorax biddulphi,a series of artificial reproduction tests were systematically carried out in 2020 for exploring key artificial technologies suchas spawning season,sex identification,hormone injection and artificial hatchery.The resulted showed that there were 44 spamming fish,250 800 eggs and 149 000 fries.The results also revealed that the optimum concentration of artificial oxytocin was PG 13.47 mg/kg,DOM 15.27 mg/kg and LRH-A_(2) 19.28 μg/kg;the main spawning season of S.biddulphi ranged from late of April to middle of May in southern Xinjiang;the egg diameters of S.biddulphiwere(1.7±0.15) mm,reaching(2.8±0.16) mm after water swelling;there wereseven stagesin theembryonic development process,whichwere embryo disc,cleavage,blastocyst,gastrula,neuroembryo,organ formation and membrane formation;under the condition of water temperature at 19-19.2 ℃,the fertilized eggs hatched for 93 h and 36 min,the total accumulated temperature was at 1 785.24 ℃·h.In addition,the total length of the hatchling was(7.19±0.15) mm,with heart beats and blood circulation;the development of the early larvae could be divided into four stages including yolk sac period,pre-bending phase,bending phase,andpost-bending phase;and after 7 d,the yolk sac could be completely absorbed.In this study,the artificial reproduction experiments were conducted to identify optimum concentration of artificial oxytocin aswellas the developmental characteristics of corresponding embryos and early larvae,thereby,further enriching the early life history data of S.iddulphi and providingessential data for resources protection.
