急性与慢性运动调控自噬水平机制研究进展

摘要 运动激活自噬是维持肌细胞代谢和能量稳定的重要机制。运动训练可以由多种信号传导通路调控自噬水平,不同类型的运动方式对肌细胞自噬活性影响亦存在不同。急性运动与慢性运动对肌细胞自噬的影响,可能因运动时长和运动干预方式的不同而改变细胞自噬活性水平。该文通过综述急性运动与慢性运动调控细胞自噬激活相关机制,以期为未来探究运动调控自噬的有效机制,展望运动促进健康研究前景提供理论依据与新思路。 Exercise-activated autophagy is an important mechanism to maintain the metabolic and energy stability of muscle cells.Exercise training can regulate the level of autophagy by a variety of signal transduction pathways,and different types of exercise have different effects on the activity of muscle cell autophagy.The effects of acute and chronic exercise on autophagy of muscle cells may change the level of autophagy activity due to the different exercise duration and exercise intervention mode.This article reviews the related mechanisms of acute exercise and chronic exercise regulating autophagy activation,in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for exploring the effective mechanism of exercise regulating autophagy and looking forward to the research prospect of exercise promoting health in the future.
