摘要
目的探析在长管状骨骨折骨不连冲击波治疗中应用肌肉骨骼超声的效果。方法将2016年11月到2018年10月我院收治的长管状骨骨折骨不连的患者共50例纳入本次的研究范围,所有患者进行冲击波治疗前均进行肌肉骨骼超声检查,治疗后进行超声复查,观察患者骨折间隙的愈合情况;同时进行X线检查,并以X线检查为金标准,判断超声诊断骨折愈合的检出率、敏感率和特异性。结果治疗2个月、治疗4个月、治疗6个月患者骨折间隙均小于治疗前(P<0.05);肌肉骨骼超声对患者骨不连愈合情况的检出率为94.00%,敏感率为93.75%,特异率为100.00%。结论肌肉骨骼超声在长管状骨骨折骨不连冲击波治疗中的应用价值比较高,能在治疗前精确确定患处位置,保证冲击波治疗的效果;在治疗后的复查中能准确诊断骨不连的愈合情况,敏感度、特异度均比较好,值得在临床广泛应用。
Objective To discuss the effects of musculoskeletal ultrasound during shock wave therapy for long shaft bone fracture and bone nonunion patients.Methods 50 long shaft bone fracture and bone nonunion patients treated from November 2016 to October 2018 in our hospital were selected.Before and after treatment,musculoskeletal ultrasound was performed to observe the bone healing conditions.X-ray examination results were seen as golden criteria.Detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of bone fracture and nonunion based on ultrasonography were expounded.Results After 2 m,4 m and 6 m of treatment,bone gap was smaller than before(P<0.05);detection rate,sensitivity and specificity of bone nonunion based on ultrasonography was 94.00%,93.75%and 100.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The musculoskeletal ultrasound is proven to be effective,which can judge the bone fracture positions before surgery,ensure the treatment effects,and improve the postoperative detection accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of bone nonunion.It shall be widely applied in clinical use.
