摘要
某型中高速大功率V型柴油机的A列、B列凸轮轴轴向间隙采用滑动止推轴承瓦结构,凸轮轴止推轴承轴向间隙经常发生偏小或偏大的质量问题,且呈无规律状态。通过凸轮轴轴向定位相关零件的装配结构、尺寸精度和形位误差的分析,研讨解决方案,改进结构尺寸设计并改变装配方法,经过装配验证,成功控制该型系列机的凸轮轴轴向间隙,满足装配参数要求。本案例的解决方案也为其他机型凸轮轴的止推间隙调整和轴承座的衬套装配工作提供借鉴。
The axial clearance of row A and row B camshafts of a certain medium and high-speed high-power V-type diesel engine adopts sliding thrust bearing structure.The camshaft thrust bearing clearance often has small or large quality problems,and it is irregular.In this paper,through the analysis of the assembly structure,dimensional accuracy and form and position error of the relevant component parts of the camshaft axial positioning,the solution is formulated,after assembly verification,the structure and size design is improved,the adjustment method is changed,and axial clearance of camshafts of this series of diesel engine is successfully controlled.To meet the requirements of assembly parameters,and the solution of this case also serves as a reference for the y method of thrust clearance of camshafts of other models and the method of assembly bearing seat bushings.
