关于快速尿酸仪与全自动生化分析仪检测尿酸结果的对比研究

摘要 目的:比较检测尿酸时使用快速尿酸测试仪和全自动生化分析仪检测全血尿酸的准确度。方法:选取2020年11月~2021年1月在本院全科门诊进行尿酸检测患者466例作为研究对象,分别对其进行快速尿酸测试仪和全自动生化分析仪检测。结果:在466例样本中,静脉血尿酸检测结果为标准分为8组:≤360mmol/L有205例,361~400mmol/L有60例,401~440mmol/L有50例,441~480mmol/L有48例,481~520mmol/L有39例,521~560mmol/L有34例,561~600mmol/L有21例,>600mmol/L有9例。样本偏差超过±20%有70例,样本偏差超过±25%有23例,样本偏差超过±30%以上有0例。采用t检验,快速尿酸仪检测到的血尿酸平均值为(331.28±75.13)mmol/L,全自动生化分析仪检测到的血尿酸平均值为(338.27±85.19)mmol/L,两组比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:快速尿酸仪和全自动生化分析仪检测全血尿酸符合度较好,但快速尿酸仪易操作、易携带等优点。 Objective:To compare the accuracy of uric acid detection using rapid uric acid analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer in detecting uric acid in whole blood.Methods:A total of 466 patients with whole-blood uric acid detection in our hospital from November 2020 to January 2021 were selected as study subjects and tested by rapid uric acid analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer respectively.Results:Among the 466 samples,the venous blood uric acid test results were divided into 8 groups:205 cases were≤360mmol/L,60 cases were 361~400mmol/L,50 cases were 401~440mmol/L,48 cases were 441~480mmol/L,39 cases were 481~520mmol/L,34 cases were 521~560mmol/L,21 cases were 561~600mmol/L,and 9 cases were>600mmol/L.There were 70 cases with sample deviations exceeding±20%,23 cases with sample deviations exceeding±25%,and 0 cases with sample deviations exceeding±30%.By using the TTEST test,the mean blood uric acid detected by the rapid uric acid analyzer was(331.28±75.13)mmol/L,and the mean blood uric acid detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer was(338.27±85.19)mmol/L.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rapid uric acid analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer have good compliance in the detection of whole blood uric acid,but rapid uric acid analyzer is easy to operate,easy to carry and other advantages.
