蓝光治疗仪双面治疗方案在新生儿高胆红素血症中的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究蓝光治疗仪双面治疗方案在新生儿高胆红素血症中的疗效。方法:在2019年10月~2020年10月时间区间内,随机在本院收治的所有新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中选择80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。其中,对照组行蓝光照射仪单面照射治疗,研究组行蓝光治疗仪双面照射治疗,在治疗后24h、48h和72h对比两组患儿血清总胆红素水平,并统计两组患儿不良反应发生情况。结果:血清总胆红素方面,研究组经治疗较对照组有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,研究组不良反应略多于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蓝光治疗仪双面照射治疗方案可进一步提高对新生儿高胆红素血症的治疗效果,且不会明显增加患儿不良反应,安全性良好。 Objective:To explore the effect of the double-sided treatment program of blue light therapy instrument in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:In the time interval from October 2019 to October 2020,80 cases of all neonatal hyperbilirubinemia patients admitted to our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group.Among them,the control group received single-sided irradiation treatment with blue light irradiation instrument,and the study group received double-sided irradiation treatment with blue light treatment instrument.The serum total bilirubin levels of the two groups of children were compared at 24h,48h and 72h after treatment,and the two groups of children were counted.The occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:In terms of serum total bilirubin,the study group had a significant decrease compared with the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,the study group had slightly more adverse reactions than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:The double-sided irradiation treatment plan of blue light therapy instrument can further improve the therapeutic effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and will not significantly increase the adverse reactions in children,the safety is good.
