摘要
输电线路拉线装置出现腐蚀、断裂会严重影响电网安全运行。笔者通过对某运维单位所辖输电线路的拉线装置腐蚀现状调查情况进行分析,结合腐蚀机理,得出拉线装置腐蚀的原因,并提出拉线装置腐蚀处理措施。拉线装置中的钢绞线、长“U”形螺栓、拉线棒的腐蚀与拉线装置的安装情况和环氧树脂包绕有关,还与杆塔运行环境、运行年限相关。拉线装置在电化学腐蚀和自然腐蚀作用下出现不同程度的腐蚀,缩短了生命周期。通过破除环氧树脂包绕和水泥砂浆预制块,以及对拉线和拉线棒进行升级改造,可以有效解决因输电线路拉线装置腐蚀而出现危及电网安全运行的问题。
The corrosion and fracture of the guyed device of the transmission line will seriously affect the safe operation of power grid.Based on the analysis of the investigation on the corrosion status of the guyed device of the transmission line under the jurisdiction of a transportation and maintenance unit,combined with the corrosion mechanism,the reasons for the corrosion of the guyed device are obtained,and the corrosion control measures of the guyed device are put forward.The corrosion of steel strands,long "U" shaped bolts and anchor rod in guyed device is related to the installation of guyed device and the epoxy resin wrapping,as well as the operation environment and operation life of tower.The guyed device has different degrees of corrosion under the action of electrochemical corrosion and natural corrosion,which shortens the life cycle.By breaking the epoxy resin wrapping and cement mortar precast block,and upgrading the wire drawing and anchor rod,the problems that endanger the safe operation of the power grid due to the corrosion of the guyed device can be effectively solved.
