摘要 为了有效促进乌江流域水风光一体化可再生能源开发,笔者通过分析乌江流域水能、风能和太阳能资源的分布情况,并在分析水电、风电、光伏电站出力特性的基础上,进行了水风光互补特性的研究分析,以及水风光互补运行的效益研究,提出了出台水风光一体化开发的配套政策的建议。利用水风光互补特性,可实现水电、风电、光伏发电打捆送出,提高上网质量和送出通道利用率,促进水风光可再生能源的协同发展。 In order to effectively promote the renewable energy development of hydro-wind-solar integration in Wujiang River Basin,the authors analyze the distribution of hydropower,wind energy and solar energy resources in Wujiang River Basin,and on the basis of analyzing the output characteristics of hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic power plants,study and analyze the complementary characteristics of water,wind and solar,as well as the benefits of the complementary operation of water,wind and solar,and put forward sugggestions on the introduction of supporting policies for the renewable energy development of hydro-wind-solar integration.Using the complementary characteristics of water,wind and solar energy,it can realize the bundled delivery of hydropower,wind power and photovoltaic power generation,improve the quality of internet access and the utilization rate of delivery channel,and promote the coordinated development of water,wind and solar renewable energy.
