摘要
在市场竞争愈发激烈的背景下,烟草行业的产能需求快速增长与数字化烟草设备的使用对烟草设备管理提出了精细化管理的新要求,而全周期管理是实现精细化管理最重要的手段,统筹全周期管理与数字化技术运用,加强烟草设备的运行效率与维修能力,形成机制性的风险应对措施是烟草设备管理的重要工作方向。本文详细分析了全周期管理理论的要点以及烟草行业对于精细化管理的要求,并提出了全周期管理在烟草设备管理中的几个重要措施,希望有助于烟草企业的设备精细化管理与科学化决策。
Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition,the rapid capacity demand of tobacco industry and the use of digital tobacco equipment put forward new requirements for fine management of tobacco equipment management,and the whole cycle management is the most important means to realize fine management,overall whole cycle management and digital technology application,strengthen the operation efficiency and maintenance capacity of tobacco equipment,form institutional risk response measures is an important direction of tobacco equipment management.This paper analyzes the key points of whole cycle management theory and the requirements of tobacco industry for fine management of tobacco,and puts forward several important measures in the management of tobacco equipment,hoping to help the fine management and scientific decision-making of tobacco enterprises.
