摘要
目前有很多老人处于空巢独居状态,其中还有部分是失能失智老人,难以得到他们所需要的照料,养老需求也呈现出多元化发展趋势。加之人口老龄化严重,老年人口比例越来越高,养老形势日益严峻。传统的养老模式和服务已经无法满足当前的需要,且多为政府和个人负担,对养老事业来说是一个巨大的挑战。随着科学技术的发展,电子商务逐渐走进了人们的生活并且在养老领域拓展,打破了原有的社区居家养老模式,建立了能实现三方信息互动,加强个性服务,满足不同类型服务内容的,以大数据库、知识库和互联网平台为核心的电子商务模式、养老体系和电子商务新平台。今后电子商务与养老相结合的模式将是应对人口老龄化挑战的新武器,可以提高老年人的生活水平和健康水平,推动养老体系的发展。
At present,many elderly people live alone in an empty nest,and some of them are disabled and demented,so it is difficult for them to get the care they need.The demands also show a trend of diversified development.In addition,the population aging phenomenon is serious,the proportion of the elderly population is getting higher and higher,and the government and individuals are the burden,which is a huge challenge for the pension industry.Along with the development of science and technology,electronic commerce gradually into our lives and has carried on the development in the field of pension,e-commerce combined with pension mode in the future will be deal with an ageing population challenge new weapons,can help the improvement of living standards and health in the elderly and promote the development of the pension system.
