意大利引进不同品种油橄榄的生长和光合性状评价 被引量:1

Evaluation of growth and photosynthetic characters of different olive varieties introduced from Italy

摘要 【目的】筛选适应能力强、长势好、性状表现优良的油橄榄品种,为陇南市油橄榄引种提供参考。【方法】以从意大利引进的PLANT DE SALE、GROUSSAN、KANINE、BATHNI、BIANCA等15个油橄榄品种的1年生扦插苗为试验材料,测定各品种的生长指标和光合参数,并采用主成分分析法综合评价植株的生长势。【结果】不同品种油橄榄的株高、蒸腾速率、气孔导度的变异系数较大,分别达到0.275、0.265和0.264,叶长、叶宽和胞间CO_(2)体积分数的变异系数较小,分别为0.079、0.099和0.098。株高与叶间距、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)体积分数、蒸腾速率之间呈负相关,叶长、叶厚与净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)体积分数、蒸腾速率之间均呈负相关,叶宽、叶间距与净光合速率呈正相关,但与气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)体积分数、蒸腾速率间呈不同程度负相关。净光合速率为6.50~12.86μmol/(m^(2)·s),最高的品种为CHIETINA,最低的品种为LECCIO,呈极显著差异,其中6个品种的净光合速率超过了10μmol/(m^(2)·s)。根据主成分分析结果,IZNIK GELIBI、CIMA DI CORATO、CHIETINA、ANPHISSIS和CVAITANA的综合得分超过了100,分别为184.14、174.89、172.01、132.43、114.38。【结论】IZNIK GELIBI、CIMA DI CORATO、CHIETINA、ANPHISSIS和CVAITANA对环境的适应性较强,植株长势旺,光合能力优,结合实际生产中的表现,这5个油橄榄品种为甘肃东南部适宜引种的优良油橄榄品种,建议推广栽植。 【Objective】Screening the olive varieties with strong adaptability,good growth and performed well characters were to provide the basis for the introduction of olive in Longnan city.【Method】The 1-year-old cuttings of 15 olive varieties introduced from Italy,including PLANT DE SALE,GROUSSAN,KANINE,BATHNI and BIANCA,were used as experimental materials.The growth indexes and photosynthetic parameters of each variety were measured,and the growth vigor of the plants was evaluated comprehensively by principal component analysis.【Result】The variation coefficients of plant height,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductance of different varieties of olive were larger,reaching 0.275,0.265 and 0.264.The variation coefficients of leaf length,leaf width and intercellular CO_(2)volume fraction are smaller,being 0.079,0.099 and 0.098,respectively.Plant height was negatively correlated with leaf spacing,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)volume fraction,and transpiration rate.Leaf length,leaf thickness and net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)volume fraction,and transpiration rate were all negatively correlated,and the leaf width and leaf spacing were positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate,but negatively correlated with stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_(2)volume fraction,and transpiration rate.The net photosynthetic rate was 6.50-12.86μmol/(m^(2)·s),the highest variety is CHIETINA,and the lowest variety was LECCIO,showing extremely significant differences.The net photosynthetic rate of 6 varieties exceeded 10μmol/(m^(2)·s).According to the results of principal component analysis,the comprehensive scores of IZNIK GELIBI,CIMA DI CORATO,CHIETINA,ANPHISSIS and CVAITANA exceeded 100,which were 184.14,174.89,172.01,132.43 and 114.38,respectively.【Conclusion】IZNIK GELIBI,CIMA DI CORATO,CHIETINA,ANPHISSIS and CVAITANA are highly adaptable to the environment,the plants are growing vigorously,and the photosynthetic capacity are excellent.Combined with the performance in
