摘要
水文监测作为水文工作的重要基础性工作,为各级政府进行涉水事务决策提供不可或缺的科学依据。随着经济社会和科技的发展,水文监测工作也取得了长足进步,引进大量先进的自动化监测设备,提高了监测精度和质量,水文监测工作实现了从完全依靠人工观测到具有一定自动化水平的质的飞跃,具备了从驻测走向巡测的基础条件。测区水文局(水文测报中心)的建立,使基层生产生活条件得到有效改善;先进技术的推广应用,使监测能力大幅提升,将有力地推进水文事业的现代化进程,是水文事业发展的一项改革与创新,文章以舞阳水文局为例,对水文站巡测方案进行研究与分析。
Hydrological monitoring,as an important basic work of hydrological work,provides an indispensable scientific basis for governments at all levels to make water-related decisions.Along with the development of economic society and science and technology,the hydrological monitoring work has made great progress.A large number of advanced automatic monitoring equipment have been introduced to improve the monitoring accuracy and quality.Hydrological monitoring has achieved a qualitative leap from completely relying on manual observation to a certain level of automation,and has the basic conditions for moving from standing survey to patrol survey.The establishment of hydrology bureau(hydrologic survey and forecast center)in the survey area has effectively improved the production and living conditions at the grass-roots level.The popularization and application of advanced technology will greatly enhance the monitoring capacity,which will effectively promote the modernization process of hydrology.It is a reform and innovation in the development of hydrology.This paper takes Wuyang Hydrology Bureau as an example to study and analyze the survey scheme of hydrology station.
