摘要
将NaCl溶液喷洒入海砂(SS)中,配制出高氯离子(Cl^(-))含量的模拟海砂(MSS),采用一种聚丙烯酸酯防水剂(JBX)对MSS进行改性,得到改性海砂(MMSS),通过对新拌砂浆及硬化砂浆粉末在去离子水中Cl^(-)浓度的测试和胶砂流动性与强度实验,分析了内掺20%粉煤灰(FA)和30%磨细粒化高炉矿渣粉(GBFS)对海砂砂浆中Cl^(-)的固化效果,以及对流动性和强度的影响,结果显示,JBX可显著降低新拌或硬化海砂砂浆在去离子水中的Cl^(-)浓度,对Cl^(-)的固化率分别达到60%或90%以上,而FA和GBFS对新拌砂浆中的Cl^(-)基本没有固化作用,但在硬化砂浆中均可辅助提高固化率,FA的水平略高于GBFS,两者复掺的固化率与单掺FA的接近;海砂替代50%的标准砂会降低砂浆强度,海砂类型变化对强度影响不大。
The NaCl solution was sprayed into the sea sand(SS)to makes a high content of chloride(Cl^(-))simulation of sea sand(MSS),apolyacrylate waterproofing agent(JBX)was used to modify MSS and got a modified sea sand(MMSS).Based on the testing of Cl^(-)concentration of fresh mortar and hardened mortar powder in deionized water,the effect of 20%fly ash(FA)and 30%ground blast furnace slag powder(GBFS)on Cl^(-)curing of the sea sand were analyzed,strength and liquidity were studied too.The testing results show that,JBX can significantly reduce the Cl^(-)concentration in deionized water,no matter that of the fresh mortar or that of hardening mortar,the Cl^(-)curing rate reached 60%or more than 90%,respectively.FA and GBFS had little Cl^(-)curing effect on the fresh mortar,but can help improve the curing rate for hardened mortar,FA’s level is slightly higher than that of GBFS,Cl^(-)curing rate of the two mixed was closely to that of single FA.The replacement of 50%standard sand by sea sand will reduce the strength of mortar,and the change of sea sand type has little influence on the strength.
