摘要
针对当前小麦生产比较效益低、耕地土壤污染严重、水资源过度浪费等现状,通过系列专题调研和技术探讨,围绕农业供给侧结构性改革,因地制宜推广节肥、节水、节药等一系列节本增产增效综合措施,建设节约型农业,深入推进“藏粮于技”战略落实落地,进一步挖掘全市小麦生产潜力,促进小麦产业绿色高质高效发展,保障粮食和农业生产安全。
Focusing on low efficiency,serious soil pollution of arable land and excessive waste of water resources in wheat production,through investigation and research,based on the supply-side structural reform,according to the local condition,a serious of comprehensive measures in fertilizer-saving,water-saving and perticide-saving were taken for building up economy agriculture,promoting the strategy of"storing grain with technology",and further tapping the production potential of the winter wheat,and promoting a green,high quality and efficacy in wheat industry,and ensuring food security and agricultural production safety.
