摘要
目的对可拆卸式弹力会阴托在非手术治疗精索静脉曲张患者中的效果进行观察。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月东莞市滨海湾中心医院泌尿外科诊治的60例不需手术治疗的VC患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为会阴托组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。观察并比较两组入组时、3个月后、6个月后的疼痛评分、精子总数、精子浓度、精子活力、精索静脉最大宽度及阴囊温度等指标。结果治疗3个月、6个月后,会阴托组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而精子总数、精子浓度、A+B精子百分率、精索最大宽度及阴囊温度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可拆卸式弹力会阴托能明显降低无生育要求的精索静脉曲张患者的疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,而对精子质量无明显影响。
Objective To observe on the effect of detachable elastic perineal tray in the non-surgical treatment of varicocele. Methods From January 2019 to December 2020, 60 patients with VC who did not require surgical treatment in the Department of Urology of Binhai Bay Central Hospital were selected and divided into perineal tray table group(n=30) and control group(n=30) by random number table. The pain score, total sperm count, sperm concentration, sperm motility, maximum width of spermatic vein and scrotal temperature were observed and compared between the two groups at enrollment, 3 and 6 months later. Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the pain score of the perineal tray group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in total sperm count, sperm concentration, percentage of A+B sperm, maximum spermatic cord width and scrotal temperature(P>0.05). Conclusions The detachable elastic perineal tray can significantly reduce the pain degree and improve the quality of life of patients with varicocele without fertility requirements, but has no significant effect on sperm quality.
