摘要
为了进一步缩小发生永久性单相接地时的影响范围,论述了变电站内单相接地故障处理装置与站外馈线自动化装置协调配合的方法。论述了用户分界开关、集中智能馈线自动化和基于合闸速断的分布智能馈线自动化实现单相接地故障处理的原理,定量分析了对供电可靠性的提升效果。介绍了某市电力公司变电站内外协调配合提升单相接地故障处理能力的案例,在市区采用集中智能馈线自动化,在郊县采用分布智能馈线自动化。
In order to further reduce the influence of permanent single-phase grounding fault,the coordination techniques in substations and feeders single-phase grounding fault management is put forward.The principle of single-phase grounding fault processing by user boundary load switch,centralized intelligent feeder automation and distributed intelligent feeder automation based on reclosing and instantaneous protection are described.The improvement of the reliability is quantitatively formulated.This paper introduces the case of improving the single-phase grounding fault handling capacity through internal and external coordination of the substation of a municipal power company,in which,the centralized intelligent feeder automation is adopted in urban area and the distributed intelligent feeder automation is used in the rural area.
