摘要
为揭示我国年少数民族青少年身体形态发展变化,进一步监测与改善学生体质健康,促进青少年的健康成长。本文运用文献资料法、对比分析法、数理统计法等对回族、苗族、纳西族、佤族青少年2010年至2015年身高、体重、BMI指数指标进行动态观察、对比和分析,结果表明:5年间回族、苗族、纳西族、佤族男女青少年身高呈现不同程度的增长趋势,纳西族增长相对缓慢;5年间各少数民族男女青少年生体重均呈现增长趋势,回族青少年体重增长较多且增长幅度较大,纳西族青少年体重增长较小且增长幅度较小;5年间回族、苗族、纳西族、佤族男女青少年BMI指数都呈增长趋势;回族、纳西族身体形态方面相对佤族、纳西族显得高大,与其生活的地理环境、饮食习惯相关;各族青少年身体形态发育增长趋势与国家经济建设发展、学校体育工作健康开展密切相关。
In order to reveal the development and changes of body shape of ethnic minority adolescents in China,further monitor and improve students’physical health and promote the healthy growth of adolescents,this paper uses the methods of literature,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to dynamically observe,compare and analyze the height,weight and body mass index of Hui,Miao,Naxi and Wa adolescents from 2010 to 2015.The results show that the height of Hui,Miao and Wa adolescents has a rapid growth trend in the past five years,and the height of Naxi adolescents has a downward trend;In the past five years,the weight of boys and girls of ethnic minorities showed an increasing trend.The weight of Hui adolescents increased more and increased more,while the weight of Naxi adolescents increased less and increased less.From 2010 to 2015,the body mass index of boys and girls aged 7 to 18 of Hui,Miao,Naxi and Wa showed an increasing trend.In terms of body shape,Hui and Naxi are relatively tall compared with WA and Naxi,which is related to their living geographical environment and eating habits.The growth trend of physical development of adolescents of all ethnic groups is closely related to the development of national economic construction and the healthy development of school physical education.
