摘要
目的探讨基于代谢当量的心功能分级精准匹配运动康复护理对心衰患者心功能及肺功能的影响。方法80例心衰患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在常规护理基础上给予基于代谢当量的心功能分级精准匹配运动康复护理,比较两组干预前后的心功能和肺功能。结果干预后,试验组的左室射血分数、6 min步行距离、心功能分级均显著优于对照组,峰值耗氧量显著高于对照组,二氧化碳通气当量斜率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于代谢当量的心功能分级精准匹配运动康复护理能够显著改善心衰患者的心功能以及肺功能。
Objective To explore the impact of accurate matching exercise rehabilitation nursing of cardiac function classification based on metabolic equivalent energy on cardiac function and pulmonary function of patients with heart failure.Methods 80 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,while the experimental group received accurate matching exercise rehabilitation nursing of cardiac function classification based on metabolic equivalent energy on the basis of regular nursing.The cardiac function and pulmonary function before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction,6-min walking distance and cardiac function classification of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the peak oxygen consumption was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the slope of carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Accurate matching exercise rehabilitation nursing of cardiac function classification based on metabolic equivalent energy can obviously improve the cardiac function and pulmonary function of patients with heart failure.
