摘要
2020年上半年,南钢1#高炉取得了较好的经济指标。下半年,燃料消耗出现了明显的上升。为此,在装料制度上进行了大胆的尝试和转变,目的在于提高风量、降低燃料消耗和提高煤气利用率。本文基于实际生产数据,针对南钢1#高炉装料制度转变对生产数据产生的影响进行了比对和分析。
In the first half of 2020,NISCO Blast Furnace 1#has achieved good economic indicators.However,the fuel consumption increased clearly in the second half of the year.Therefore,bold attempts and changes in the charging system have been practiced in order to increase the air volume,reduce the fuel consumption and improve the gas utilization rate.Based on the actual production data,the impact of Charging System transformation of NISCO Blast Furnace 1#on the production data is compared and analyzed.
