摘要
MQ4040门座式起重机的设备安装,主要包括:回转机构;变幅机构;起升机构以及行走机构。本文结合我司改装3台MQ4040门式起重机设备安装过程中遇到的问题及解决方案,分析影响安装精度的因素,为后续类似设备安装提供借鉴。
The equipment installation of the MQ440 gantry crane mainly include:slewing mechanism,hoisting mechanism,luffing mechanism and travelling mechanism.In this paper,combined with the problems encountered in the reconstruction of the three MQ4040 gantry cranes and solutions,the factors affecting the installation accuracy are analyzed to provide reference for the subsequent installation of similar equipment.
