某插桩式抢险打捞工程船的SCR系统

摘要 当前海洋环境污染日趋严重,人类生存空间日渐紧张。为保护海洋环境,国际海事组织(IMO)制定了船舶废气中有害物质排放控制标准,其中包含了船舶柴油机废气中氮氧化物(NOx)的排放标准(IMO Tier III)。船舶为了合法合规在海上航行,必须通过实施多种方案来满足NOx的排放标准。本文基于某插桩式抢险打捞工程船,着重对船舶选择性催化还原(SCR)系统进行研究,并介绍了SCR系统的主要组成。 In the current situation of marine environment pollution is becoming more and more serious,human living space is increasingly tense,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has formulated emission control standards for harmful substances in ship exhaust gas for marine environmental protection,including the emission standard of nitrogen oxides(NOx)in the exhaust gas of marine diesel engine(IMO Tier III).In order to sail at sea for legal compliance,it is necessary to implement a variety of feasible schemes to meet the emission standard of NOx in exhaust gas.This paper studies the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)system of the spud-stabilized rescue and salvage vessel and introduces the main components of the SCR system.
