摘要
中国共产党领导中国体育事业经历了波澜壮阔的百年历史进程,完整地探索了从体育救国、体育强体、体育兴国、体育大国至体育强国的各类论题及其要义,使体育强国建设成为助力中华民族伟大复兴进程中的强劲动力。运用文献资料研究、历史分析、比较推理等研究方法,系统探讨了百年来党领导的体育强国事业的主题脉络、内容组构、历史经验与实践路向。研究认为:体育作为强国进程中的重要元素,是中国共产党人探索强国理论与实践的重要支撑。体育强国与中国共产党领导中国人民“站起来、富起来、强起来”的历史进程同声相应,与“救国、建国、强国”的国家发展脉络相互印证,与“筑梦、追梦、圆梦”的中华民族伟大复兴轨迹相向一致,与“立业、兴业、强业”的体育事业奋斗图景相应相融;与“重体、兴体、强体”的体育事业坚定追求相连相通。在中国共产党强有力的领导下,人民群众积极参与体育强国建设并构筑起了强大的合力,形成了充满活力的体育强国建设力量之源,使体育强国建设元素能够融入广大人民群众健康幸福的美好生活中,打造出了“扎根中国,融通世界”的体育对外交流与开放格局,使体育事业将中华民族伟大复兴作为自身前行与发展的重要使命,形成了具有中国特色的体育强国建设新路径。
The Communist Party of China(CPC)has led sports cause march through a magnificent century of history.It has thoroughly explored various propositions and essentials of sports ranging from saving the country with sports,strengthening people’s physique with sports,rejuvenating the country with sports,building a major sports country and a world sports power,which makes the construction of a world sports power become a strong driving force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.By using the methods of documentation,historical analysis,comparative reasoning,this paper systematically investigates the theme,content and frame,historical experience and practical direction of the construction of the China’s world sports power over the past century under the leadership of the CPC.The study suggests that sport,as an important element in the process of strengthening the country,is an important support for the Chinese Communists to explore theories and practices of strengthening the nation.The construction of the world sports power is corresponded with the China’s historical development process of“standing up and growing prosperous and becoming strong”under the leadership of the CPC,mutually confirming with the national development context of“saving,building and strengthening the nation”,and consistent to the development track of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation of“building,chasing and realizing dreams”,and correspondingly integrated with the struggle vision of the sports cause of“establishment,revitalization and prosperity”,and connected with the firm pursuit of the sports cause of“emphasizing,rejuvenating and strengthening the sports”.Under the leadership of the CPC,Chinese people have actively participated in the construction of the world sports power with joint forces,forming a vigorous fountain of strength of the world sports power,and the result is that the elements of building the world sports power can be integrated into people’s better life featuring health and h
