Objective To explore the application effect of detail nursing in surgical nursing of diabetic patients with poor compliance. Methods Selected 100 patients with diabetes surgery admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 as subjects for the study. They were equally divided into the control group(using routine care) and the observation group(using detailed care based on routine care) by the random number table method. The compliance rate, complication rate, satisfaction score, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score before and after nursing, self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than the compliance rate of the control group of 80.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than the control group’s complication rate of 16.00%, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of SAS score, SDS score, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, and fasting blood glucose(P>0.05). After nursing, the two groups’ SAS score, SDS score, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose were better than those before nursing, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Detailed care is applied during the surgical care of patients with poor compliance. Not only can the patient’s compliance be improved, but also the occurrence of complications can be reduced, so that the patient is more satisfied with the treatment and nursing work. It can also effectively improve the patient’s blood glucose level and psychological state, and improve the quality of care.
