摘要
目的探讨综合护理对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月该院收治的112例脑梗死合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组(56例,综合护理)与对照组(56例,常规护理),对比组间心理状态改善情况、康复训练依从性、血糖控制情况、睡眠质量和生活质量改善情况、护理满意度、SF-36评分。结果研究组患者SAS、SDS、PSQI评分较之对照组更低,康复训练依从率(94.64%)较之对照组(78.57%)更高,GQOLI-74评分较之对照组更高,护理满意度(96.43%)较之对照组(82.14%)更高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的生理功能、心理功能、物质生活、社会生活等SF-36评分均要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者实行综合护理服务有助于改善其负面情绪,提升其康复训练依从性和康复效果,降低其血糖水平,提升其睡眠质量和生活质量,此干预方式得到众多患者好评,适宜在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on patients with cerebral infarction complicated with diabetes. Methods A total of 112 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes were selected in the hospital from January 2020 to February 2021. They were randomly divided into the study group(56 cases, comprehensive nursing group)and the control group(56 cases, routine nursing). The improvement of mental state, compliance with rehabilitation training,blood glucose control, improvement of sleep quality and quality of life, nursing satisfaction, and SF-36 scores were compared between the groups. Results The SAS, SDS, and PSQI scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the compliance rate of rehabilitation training(94.64%) was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),the GQOLI-74 score was higher than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction(96.43%) was higher than that of the control group(82.14%), the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The SF-36 scores of physiological function, psychological function, material life, social life of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing services for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes can help improve their negative emotions, improve their compliance with rehabilitation training and rehabilitation effects, reduce their blood glucose levels, and improve their sleep quality and quality of life. This intervention method has been well received by many patients and is suitable for clinical application.
