摘要
目的对于妊娠期糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌进行临床研究。方法选取该院2020年8月—2021年3月的50例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行研究,将其设定为观察组患者,同时选取同期住院足月妊娠的孕妇50名作为健康对照组。观察并比较两组患者的胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素分泌情况及妊娠结局情况。结果两组患者的胰岛素抵抗指数对比,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的胰岛素分泌指数,观察组患者的FBG高于对照组,而FINS、ΔI60、ΔI60/ΔG60及HOMA-β均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者进行胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌的相关研究,发现妊娠期糖尿病患者存在一定的胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌缺陷,所以需要加强对患者的监测和治疗,改善患者的不良妊娠结局。
Objective To conduct clinical research on insulin resistance and insulin secretion in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods Selected 50 patients with gestational diabetes in the hospital from August 2020 to March 2021 for the study, and set them as observation group patients. At the same time, 50 pregnant women who were hospitalized for term pregnancy during the same period were selected as the healthy control group. Observed and compared the insulin resistance index, insulin secretion and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients. Results Compared the insulin resistance index of the two groups of patients, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Compared the insulin secretion index of the two groups of patients, the FBG of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. However, FINS, ΔI60, ΔI60/ΔG60 and HOMA-β were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion A related study of insulin resistance and insulin secretion in patients with gestational diabetes found that there are certain insulin resistance and insulin secretion defects in patients with gestational diabetes. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and treatment of patients to improve their adverse pregnancy outcomes.
