摘要
随着印花糊料种类越来越多,糊料的复配常常会出现多种问题。网板花型设计和刮涂方式的设定可有效模拟实际印制操作,经过简单的小试实验判断糊料防堵网性能的优异,可有效规避生产中出现大量堵网的风险。
As the types of printing pastes become more and more numerous, various problems often arise in the compounding of pastes. Through the pattern design of screening board and the setting of scraping mode, the actual printing operation can be effectively simulated. Through a simple small test experiment, the excellent performance of the paste antiblocking network is judged, and the risk of a large number of network blocking in production can be effectively avoided.
